We were delighted to welcome back Professor Susana Carvalho and Dr Rene Bobe who came in to talk to the boys in Year 8 and 8S in Science. They talked about evolution, linking the topic perfectly to our work in lessons. The boys were fascinated to learn more about human evolution and were especially intrigued by the skulls of some of our ancestors and how those compare to skulls of other groups of primates. Another highlight was hearing about the amazing expeditions Professor Carvalho and Dr Bobe have been on, and hearing about some of the dangerous animals they encountered on their travels in Africa!
