The week started off well with an enjoyable game of aeroball, a fascinating blend of trampolining and basketball, which allowed a little competitive spirit. The boys’ communication and team work skills were put to the test as the day continued with the offer of climbing. Along with learning how to belay and ensure their peers were safe, the boys had their first foray into scaling a vertical face! Several testing activities followed: quad biking the perennial favourite, and confidence to scale the high courses was rocketing. The kayaking on our penultimate day gave a welcome time to cool off and boys enjoyed playing fetch, and racing each other on the water. The Isle of Wight trip is a fantastic way for boys to build their communication and team work skills while proving to be a very enjoyable time with friends. AL
