The boys designed demonstrations, practical activities and presentations for their lessons, along with worksheets and the obligatory risk assessment. Dan and Tolly did a wonderful lesson for Reception on chemical reactions, complete with a demonstration of elephants’ toothpaste. Year 1 enjoyed Finn and Isaac’s lesson on states of matter and density. Playing with oobleck was a particular highlight! Cooper, Josh and Gary ran a fantastic session on space with Year 2 and the boys put their hand-eye coordination to the test, trying out various robotic rover arms, before watching the Mento and Coca Cola geyser tube rocket launch!
