The day began with an informal concert featuring recent alumni showcasing their musical talents, the foundations for which were laid at the school. Then, at lunchtime, the Old Boys versus 1st XI cricket match began, providing a bucolic backdrop for the school fete – this time back on Field after last year’s last-minute move due to the rain. We then enjoyed a special evensong in chapel, before the annual black- tie Wykeham Day dinner in the New College hall. It was, as ever, wonderful to welcome back so many members of the NCS community, including a lot of alumni and their families.
