The boys were talked through the various stages of the design and construction process, as well as the many varied roles in the construction industry. They were then given the chance to take on some of those roles: designing a tower, procuring materials, and finally constructing it. The towers had to be at last 30cm tall and strong enough to withstand some fairly heavy weights. The final tower standing was judged to be the winner both in terms of its strength and aesthetic beauty!
